Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and may take 3-7 business days (Monday- Friday) for the customer to receive it. 

After your order shows an acceptance scan, any issues beyond this point require assistance from USPS. Below is the link to file a lost packages claim.



International Shipping

We offer USPS International Shipping and DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS. All international orders take 3-7 business days to ship. USPS takes about 10-15 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated). DHL WORLD WIDE EXPRESS is our fastest shipping speed for international shipments and take 1-3 business days depending on the area. DELAYS CAN HAPPEN AND DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS shipping times are just ESTIMATES. Shipping times for DHL CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. DHL and USPS is not available to all countries at this time. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

Please note: Luxe Fashion is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Luxe Fashion and cannot be refunded or resent. 

In Store Pickup

We also offer a ship to store pick up delivery option for local residents who want to pick up their items in store. (41 N Orlando Ave, Cocoa Beach FL 32931) . Please note we have separate facilities for our online inventory and items purchased will not be available immediately. They may also take 3-7 business days to process.

Your shipping fee will be waived, and our staff will know to ship to the store. If you need an item ASAP, please contact us at (321) 407-9286 and we may be able to assist you in getting a faster pick up.

Please note your items will be held in store for you to pick up. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. Please bring a government issued ID to the store as it is required to release the package.  By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Luxe Fashion.
